I was so excited to receive my Reinventing Letterpress book yesterday! I'm working on another run of my little zoo animal creations as Birthday cards for all the little dudes turning 1 this year!

The animals on the cards shown here were originally drawn in Illustrator and then made into photopolymer plates by Boxcar Press. Metal type was used for the text, and the cards were printed using an Excelsior press with water-soluble inks.
